We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscription plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

• Monthly Subscriptions: Refundable within the first 14 days of the initial subscription. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable.
• Annual Subscriptions: Refundable within the first 14 days of the initial subscription. If canceled after 14 days, you will retain access for the remainder of the billing period, but no prorated refunds will be issued.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
