StockInsider.io provides insider trading data and analytics sourced from SEC Form 4 filings. Our Service includes:
- Real-time insider trading data and historical records
- Interactive charts and analytics tools
- API access for developers (subject to separate terms)
- Screener and filtering capabilities
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials

8. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
9. API Terms
Use of our API is subject to additional terms including rate limits and acceptable use policies. API access may be revoked for violations of these terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
